LONG TITLE
General Description:
This bill enacts provisions related to the Medicaid program.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Section

 is enacted to read:

Liability insurance required.

Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act.
Section 2. 
Effective date.
This bill takes effect on July 1, 2022.
