Cory Maloy LONG TITLE General Description: This bill modifies the sunset date of the Legislative Process Committee. Highlighted Provisions: This bill: ▸ modifies the sunset date of the Legislative Process Committee, which reviews and considers alternatives to the state's legislative process. Money Appropriated in this Bill: None Other Special Clauses: None Utah Code Sections Affected: AMENDS: 63I-1-236 , as last amended by Laws of Utah 2021, Chapter 194 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah: Section 1. Section 63I-1-236 is amended to read: 63I-1-236. Repeal dates, Title 36. (1) Title 36, Chapter 17, Legislative Process Committee, is repealed January 1, [ ] . (2) Section 36-12-20 is repealed June 30, 2023. (3) Title 36, Chapter 28, Veterans and Military Affairs Commission, is repealed January 1, 2025. (4) Section 36-29-106 is repealed June 1, 2021. (5) Section 36-29-108 , Criminal Code Evaluation Task Force, is repealed April 15, 2023. (6) Title 36, Chapter 31, Martha Hughes Cannon Capitol Statue Oversight Committee, is repealed January 1, 2022.
