Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:

Repeal dates, Titles 63A to 63N.
(1) In relation to the Utah Transparency Advisory Board, on January 1, 2025:
(a) Subsection

(1) is repealed;
(b) Subsection

(2)(c), the language that states "using criteria established by
the board" is repealed;
(c) Section

(11) In relation to the State Fair Corporation Board of Directors, on January 1, 2025:
(a) Subsection

(2)(c), related to a Senate appointment, is repealed;
(b) Subsection

(2)(e), the language that states ", of whom only one may
