LONG TITLE
General Description:
This bill removes a repeal date.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Section 
63I-2-211
 is amended to read:
63I-2-211.
Repeal dates -- Title 11.

(1) (a) On July 1, 2019, Subsection 
11-13a-102
(4)(b) is repealed.
]

(b) When repealing Subsection 
11-13a-102
(4)(b), the Office of Legislative Research
and General Counsel shall, in addition to the office's authority under Subsection 
36-12-12
(3),
make necessary changes to subsection numbering and cross references.

] Title 11, Chapter 53, Residential Property Reimbursement, is repealed on January
1, 2020.
