Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. 
Rules reauthorized.
All rules of Utah state agencies are reauthorized except for R307-230, Environmental
Quality, Air Quality, NOx Emission Limits for Natural Gas-Fired Water Heaters.
